Not that I have any experience.. but I would guess T2 AC with a high fallout, orbit at 14km away from webs and nosses and just blast your target to bits.

Hmm, never seen the Rupture as a E-war ship, but I could give it a shot! Well, the reason I picked the Cyclone is becouse I had one in my hangar that I wasnt using. But I've had a very hard time fitting it, even as a regular pvp ship!
